| 82 | 王莽傳下: | 二年二月，更始到長安，下詔大赦，非王莽子，他皆除其罪，故王氏宗族得全。三輔悉平，更始都長安，居長樂宮。府藏完具，獨未央宮燒攻莽三日，死則案堵復故。更始至，歲餘政教不行。明年夏，赤眉樊崇等眾數十萬人入關，立劉盆子，稱尊號，攻更始，更始降之。赤眉遂燒長安宮室市里，害更始。民飢餓相食，死者數十萬，長安為虛，城中無人行。宗廟園陵皆發掘，唯霸陵、杜陵完。六月，世祖即位，然後宗廟社稷復立，天下艾安。 |
