遠：〔古文〕𨖸𢕱《廣韻》雲阮切《集韻》《韻會》雨阮切，𠀤爰上聲。《說文》遼也。《廣韻》遙遠也。《正韻》指遠近定體也。又《廣韻》《集韻》《韻會》于願切《正韻》于怨切，𠀤爰去聲。《正韻》遠之也。遠近之遠上聲，如《詩》其人則遠之類。遠離之遠去聲，如《論語》敬鬼神而遠之之類是也。又叶于員切，音淵。《詩·小雅》爾之遠矣，民胥然矣。俗作逺。
