1 邛疏:
邛疏者，周封史也。能行氣煉形。煮石髓而服之，謂之石鐘乳。至數百年，往來入太室山中，有臥石牀枕焉。

2 邛疏:
八珍促壽，五石延生。邛疏得之，煉髓餌精。人以百年，行邁身輕。寢息中嶽，游步仙庭。
