1 邛疏:
邛疏者，周封史也。能行气炼形。煮石髓而服之，谓之石钟乳。至数百年，往来入太室山中，有卧石牀枕焉。

2 邛疏:
八珍促寿，五石延生。邛疏得之，炼髓饵精。人以百年，行迈身轻。寝息中岳，游步仙庭。
