偓佺者，槐山採藥父也，好食松實，形體生毛，長數寸，兩目更方，能飛行逐走馬。以松子遺堯，堯不暇服也。松者，簡松也。時人受服者，皆至二三百歲焉。 |
| | Woguequan was a man who gathered herbs in Huaishan; he liked to eat pine seeds, and hair grew on his body, several inches long. His two eyes were square-shaped, and he could fly or run as fast as a galloping horse. He gave pine seeds to Yao, but Yao did not have time to take them. The pine refers to Jian Song. Those who took and consumed it at that time all lived to be two or three hundred years old.

偓佺餌松，體逸眸方。足躡鸞鳳，走超騰驤。遺贈堯門，貽此神方。盡性可辭，中智宜將。 |
| | Woguequan ate pine seeds; his body was agile, and his eyes were square-shaped. His feet could tread upon phoenixes and 鸾凤 (luanfeng), and he ran faster than a galloping steed. He left a gift at Yao's door, bequeathing this divine formula. To exhaust one's nature is something that can be renounced; those of moderate wisdom should take it up.
