| | If in the month of Zhongxia winter commands are carried out, then hail and sleet will damage the grain crops, roads will become impassable, and sudden military attacks will arrive. If in this month spring commands are carried out instead, then the five grains will mature late, and pests will emerge at all times, leading to famine in the country. If autumn commands are carried out during this month, then grass and trees will wither prematurely, fruits and crops will ripen too early, and the people will suffer from epidemics.
