| Hua Ziqi was a native of Huainan. Shi Luli, the Master, received the hidden immortal Lingbao methods. The first was Yiluo Feiguizhi, the second was Boyu Zhengji, and the third was Pingheng Fang. If taken in combination as prescribed, one would gradually return to youth; one could walk five hundred li a day, lift a thousand jin of weight, and change his gait twelve times a year. He later attained immortality and departed. |
