1 因循:
天道因則大，化則細。因也者，因人之情也。人莫不自為也，化而使之為我，則莫可得而用矣。是故先王見不受祿者不臣，祿不厚者，不與入難。人不得其所以自為也，則上不取用焉。故用人之自為，不用人之為我，則莫不可得而用矣。此之謂因。
