梁鹄字孟皇，安定乌氏人。少好书，受法于师宜官。以善八分书知名，举孝廉为郎，亦在鸿都门下，迁选部郎。灵帝重之。魏武甚爱其书，常悬帐中，又以钉壁，以为胜宜官也。于时邯郸淳亦得次仲法，淳宜为小字，鹄宜为大字，不如鹄之用笔尽势也。出《书断》
