锺会字士季。元常子。善书，有父风。稍备筋骨，美兼行草，尤工隶书。遂逸致飘然。有淩云之志。亦所谓劒则干将镆鎁焉。会尝诈为荀勖书。就勖母锺夫人取宝劒。兄弟以千万造宅，未移居。勖乃潜画元常形像。会兄弟入见，便大感恸。勖书亦会之类也，会隶行草章草并入妙。出《书断》
