1 御廚:
御廚進饌,凡器用有少府監進者。用九飣食。以牙盤九枚,裝食味於其間。置上前,亦謂之看食。見京都人說,兩軍每行從進食,及其宴設,多食雞鵝之類。就中愛食子鵝,鵝每隻價值二三千。每有設,據人數取鵝。燖去毛,及去五臟,釀以肉及糯米飯,五味調和。先取羊一口,亦燖剝,去腸胃。置鵝于羊中,縫合炙之。羊肉若熟,便堪去却羊。取鵝渾食之。謂之渾羊歿忽。翰林學士每遇賜食,有物若畢羅,形麤大,滋味香美。呼為諸王修事。出《盧氏雜說》
