孟神爽，扬州人，禀性狼戾，执心鸩毒，巡市索物，应声即来；入邸须钱，随口而至。长史县令，高揖待之，丞尉判司，颔之而已。张潜为扬州刺史，闻其暴乱，遣江都县令店上捉来。拖入府门，高声唱速付法曹李广业推鞠。密事并虚，准敕决百，杖下卒。出《朝野佥载》
