百越人好食蝦蟆,凡有筵會,斯為上味。先于釜中置水,次下小芋烹之,候湯沸如魚眼,即下其蛙,乃一一捧芋而熟,如此呼為抱芋羹。又或先于湯內安笋笴,後投蛙,及進于筵上,皆執笋笴,瞪目張口。而座客有戲之曰:「賣燈心者。」又云,疥皮者最佳,擲于沸湯,即躍出,其皮自脫矣,皮既脫,乃可以修饌。時有一叟聞茲語,大以為不可,云:「切不得除此錦襖子,其味絕珍。」聞之者莫不大笑。出《南楚新聞》
