| | Fifth, bright and fierce like a tiger's pattern; the form shines clearly, chariots and robes are used as they should be. The commentary says: "Like a tiger's pattern" above—Heavenly patterns shine brightly.

| | Eighth, the carved drum; when grain is distributed without regard for the season, form becomes chaotic. The commentary says: The "carved drum's" "form"—a waste of time alone.

| | Ninth, the utmost form is dense and intricate; it can easily be transformed into patterns of fu and fu (ornamental designs). The commentary says: "Utmost form" being "easy"—should be tempered with substance.
