1 司倉參軍:
《後漢書》曰：戴就，字景成。仕郡為倉曹掾，刺史劾其太守，遣部從事案倉庫簿領，五毒慘至，郡事遂釋也。

2 司倉參軍:
《三國典略》曰：張軌入關拔岳，以為倉曹參軍。或有請貸官粟者，軌曰：「以私害公，非吾宿志；濟人之難，詎得相違。」乃賣所服之衣，糶粟以賑其乏。
