《后汉书》曰：和帝永元九年，椫国王雍由调遣使重译奉国珍宝，和帝赐金印、紫绶。安帝永宁初，复遣使朝贺献乐及幻人--能变化，吐火，自支解，易牛马头，又善跳丸--数乃至千，自言我海西人，海西即大秦也。椫国西南通大秦。明年元会，安帝作乐于庭，封雍由调为汉大都尉，赐印绶、金银、彩缯各有差。
