重木，刊鑿之，為懸孔也，長八尺，四品五品長七尺，六品以下六尺。橫者半之，置於庭三分庭一在南。以沐之米為粥，實於莶，既實以鉕布蓋其口，繫以竹●，懸於重木。覆用葦席，北向，屈兩端交於後，西端在上，綴以竹●。祝取銘置於重。殯堂前楹下，夾以葦席，簾門以布，又設葦障於庭。
