| 86 | 天地下: | 上黨即今潞州，春秋赤狄潞氏，即其地也。以其地極高，與天為黨，故曰上黨。上黨，太行山之極高處。平陽晉州蒲阪，山之盡頭，堯舜之所都也。河東河北諸州，如太原晉陽等處，皆在山之兩邊窠中。山極高闊。伊川云：「太行千里一塊石。」山後是忻代諸州。泰山卻是太行之虎山。又問：「平陽蒲阪，自堯舜後何故無人建都？」曰：「其地磽瘠不生物，人民朴陋儉嗇，故惟堯舜能都之。後世侈泰，如何都得。」僩 |
