昔此徙者，故城门校尉梁伯喜、南郡太守马季长，或至三岁，近者岁馀，多得旋返，自甘罪戾，不敢慕此。 |
| | In the past, those who were exiled here included the former city gate commander Liang Boxi and the governor of Nanjun Ma Jichang. Some remained for as long as three years, while others stayed only over a year; many eventually returned, voluntarily accepting their guilt and punishment, and dared not covet this place.
