8  | 良弼，字賚臣，紅帶子，隸鑲黃旗，大學士伊里布孫。少孤，事母孝。劬學，留學日本陸軍學校，畢業歸，入練兵處。歷陸軍部軍學司監督副使，補司長。時新設禁衛軍，任第一協統領兼鑲白旗都統，遷軍諮府軍諮使。平日以知兵名，改軍制，練新軍，立軍學，良弼皆主其謀。尤留意人才，自將帥以至軍士，莫不延納。思有所建樹，頗為時忌。 |
