28  | 世間事有不可已而已者，計利計害之鄙夫也；有可已而不已者，暴虎馮河之勇夫也。暴虎馮河，固為聖人之所不與，而計利計害，亦非君子之所樂為。顧其事之何如爾，事當其正，雖九死其如飴；事或匪正，即萬鐘所不屑。斯可已不可已之辨，而鄙勇二者之失，皆可置之不問矣。唯於不可已之事，而不計利害生死，堅其不可已之志以行之，跡雖似乎徒搏徒涉，而心終為先聖後聖之所亮，此不可已之大中至正，當不可已者也。 |
