13  | 王黼以太宰領應奉司，又方事燕云，立經撫房於中書獨專之，他執政皆不得預。熙靖與言曰：「應奉之職，非宰相所當預。尚書、樞密皆有兵房，足以治疆事，經撫何為者哉？」黼積不樂。同列五人皆躐躋禁從，獨滯留四年。都水丞失職，移過於熙靖，貶其兩秩，又將左轉為國子司業，執政交言不可，僅遷太常少卿。黼罷，乃拜中書舍人，蔡攸又惡之，出知拱州。 |
