15  | 時久不置相，端禮以首參窺相位甚急。皇長子鄧王夫人，端禮女也，殿中侍御史唐堯封論端禮帝姻，不可任執政，不報，遷太常少卿。館閣士相與上疏排端禮，皆坐絀。刑部侍郎王茀陰附端禮，建為「國是」之說以助其勢。吏部侍郎陳俊卿抗疏，力詆其罪，且謂本朝無以戚屬為相，此懼不可為子孫法。逮進讀《寶訓》，適及外戚，因言：「祖宗家法，外戚不與政，最有深意，陛下所宜守。」上納其言。端禮憾之，出俊卿知建寧府。 |
