62  | 江、浙大水，詔陳闕失，茂良疏曰：「水至陰也，其占為女寵，為嬖佞，為小人專制。崇、觀、政和，小人道長，內則憸腐竊弄，外則奸回充斥，於是京城大水，以至金人犯闕。今進退一人，施行一事，命由中出，人心嘩然，指為此輩。臣願先去腹心之疾，然後政事闕失可次第言矣。」內侍梁珂、曾覿、龍大淵皆用事，故茂良及之。 |
