136  | 蔣晟字景李，侯官人。康熙甲子舉人，知澧陵縣。值鄰境多盜，晟練鄉勇，招徠安輯，五載中鋤奸剔弊，以治行擢刑部主事，奉旨同福建督撫綏海寇，宣布德威，海寇就撫者三百五十人。轉本部員外郎，復命日陳靖海六事。遷戶部郎中，管寶泉局，弊竇一清。尚書趙申喬、侍郎王原祁交薦之，授御史，巡視南北城。卒于官。《福建通志》子迪。 |
