68  | 代宗廣德二年二月，南郊祀昊天上帝。禮畢，制曰：「自凶孽亂常，王室多故，干戈不息。今已十年，軍國務繁，關輔尤劇，念茲疲耗，久困徵科。其京城諸司諸使，應配錒閆錒偕⒐僦釕丁匠，募士供膳音，聲人執祭齋郎、問事掌閒魚師，並諸司門僕、京兆府驛丁屯丁及諸色納資人，每月手綈送蛩那五十八人數內，宜每月共支二千九百四十四人。仍令河東、關內諸州府，配不得偏出京兆府，餘八萬一千一百一十四人並停。所須諸衛役使宜撙節定數，官給資錢，不得干擾百姓」。又曰：「征人不息，勤戍斯久，丁壯疲弊，老弱困窮。光武有言：頭為之白，戢藏鋒刃，牧養元元，方面重臣，宜悉朕意」。 |
