18  | 會詔百官轉對，池言：「唐制門下省，詔書之出，有不便者得以封還。今門下雖有封駁之名，而詔書一切自中書以下，非所以防過舉也。」內侍皇甫繼明給事章獻太後閣，兼領估馬司，自言估馬有羨利，乞遷官。事下群牧司，閱無羨利。繼明方用事，自制置使以下皆欲附會為奏，池獨不可。除開封府推官，敕至閣門，為繼明黨所沮，罷知耀州。擢利州路轉運使、知鳳翔府。 |
