26  | 夏四月甲子，以左正諫大夫、樞密直學士竇偁、中書舍人郭贄，並守本官、參知政事。帝謂偁曰：「汝自揣何以至此？」偁曰：「陛下念籓邸之舊臣，出於際會。」 |
| 172 | 郭守文塞決河堤，久不成。帝謂宰相曰：「或言河兩岸古有遙隄以寬水勢，其後民利沃壤，咸居其中，河盛溢即罹水患。當令按視修復。」乃分遣殿中侍御中濟陰柴成務、國子監丞洛陽趙孚等，西自河陽，東至於海，同視河堤舊址。孚等回奏，以為：「治遙堤不如分水勢。滑、澶二州最為隘狹，宜於南北岸各開其一，北入王莽河以通於海，南入靈河以通於淮，節減暴流，一如汴口之法。」朝議以重惜民力，寢其奏。時多陰雨，帝以河決未塞，深憂之。丁丑，遣樞密直學士張齊賢乘傳詣白馬津，用太牢加璧以祭。 |
