1  | 宋僧文瑩撰。文瑩字道溫，錢塘人。《文獻通考》引晁公武《讀書志》以為吳僧，今案《讀書志》實無吳字，《通考》誤也。其書成於熙寧中，多記北宋雜事。以作於荊州之金鑾寺，故以湘山為名。《讀書志》作四卷，《通考》則《續錄》亦作三卷，皆與今本不同，未詳孰是。厲鶚《宋詩紀事》稱文瑩及識蘇舜欽，欲挽致於歐陽修，文瑩辭不往。今考錄中歐陽公謫滁州一條，稱文瑩頃持蘇子美書薦謁之，迨還吳蒙見送云云，與鶚所言正相反。豈別據他說，未及考此書耶？ |
