54  | 河北饑，遣持節行視，即發廩振民；而議者以耗先帝積年兵食之蓄，改左司員外郎。遷太常少卿，拜侍御史。論蔡確怨謗之罪，確貶新州。拜右諫議大夫、給事中。乞補外，除集賢殿修撰、知亳州。數月召還，復為給事中。 |
| 75 | 改知明州。朝廷方治汴渠，留提舉汴河司。汴水澱污，流且緩，執政主挾河議。良肱謂：「善治水者不與水爭地。方冬水涸，宜自京左浚治，以及畿右，三年，可使水復行地中。」弗聽。又議伐汴堤木以資挾河。良肱言：「自泗至京千餘里，江、淮漕卒接踵，暑行多病暍，藉蔭以休。又其根盤錯，與堤為固，伐之不便。」屢爭不能得，乃請不與其事。執政雖怒，竟不為屈。改太常少卿、知潤州，遷光祿卿、知宣州，治為江東最。請老，提舉洪州玉隆觀，卒，年八十一。七子，卞、爽最知名。卞字洪範，爽字荀龍，皆以任子恩試校書郎。 |
