37  | 重和元年，獻言者曰：「物有豐匱，價有低昂，估豐賤之物，俾民輸送，折價既賤，輸官必多，則公私之利也。而州縣之吏，但計一方所乏，不計物之有無，責民所無，其費無量。至於支移，徙豐就歉，理則宜然。豪民賕吏，故徙歉以就豐，繼挾輕貨，以賤價輸官，其利自倍；而貧下戶各免支移，估值既高，更益腳費，視富戶反重。因之逋負，困於追胥。」詔申戒焉。 |
