63  | 楚、蜀、南粵之地，與蠻獠溪峒相接者，以及西州沿邊羌戎，皆聽與民通市。熙寧三年，王韶置市易司於秦鳳路古渭砦，六年，增置市易於蘭州。自後，於熙、河、蘭、湟、慶、渭、延等州，又各置折博務。湖北路及沅、錦、黔江口，蜀之黎、雅州皆置博易場。重和元年，燕瑛言交人服順久，毋令阻其貿易。初，廣西帥曾布請即欽、廉州各創驛，令交人就驛博買。至是，即用瑛兼廣西轉運副使，同王蕃計畫焉。 |
