65  | 元豐八年，詔提舉汴河堤岸司隸本監。先是，導洛入汴，專置堤岸司。至是，亦歸之有司。元祐四年，復置外都水使者。五年，詔南、北外都水丞並以三年為任。七年，方議回河東流，乃詔河北、京西漕臣及開封府界提點，各兼南、北外都水事，紹聖元年罷。元符三年，詔罷北外都水丞，以河事委之漕臣；三年，復置。重和元年，工部尚書王詔言，乞選差曾任水官諳練者為南、北兩外丞，從之。宣和三年，詔罷南、北外都水丞司，依元豐法，通差文武官一員。 |
