《卷一百六十八》

癸丑，太常少卿、權吏部侍郎陳䕫言，兩淮尚有曠土，而耕牛農器資之，江、浙比年州縣例収其稅，是有可耕之田而無其具，望賜約束。詔戶部申嚴行下。辛酉，直徽猷閣、知盱眙軍龔鑒為淮南路轉運判官兼淮南東路提㸃刑獄公事。紹興二十八年正月庚寅，何溥論鑒守盱眙，専以北方珍貨取媚權門供饋之餘，盡入私室，遂陞使職。連進職名等事，可刪掇附此。　右奉直大夫、新知安豐軍吴說改知盱眙軍。　詔直徽猷閣、知靜江府呂愿中，令赴行在奏事。先是，靜江府有驛名秦城，愿中約賔寮共賦秦城王氣詩以侈其事，衆人皆賦其不賦者，惟右廸功郎監潭州南嶽廟劉芮、常平司幹官李●、本府觀察支使羅博文三人而已。芮勢曽孫，已見紹興六年五月。秦檜喜，乃奏愿中招降南丹，有勞，進其職，至是召之。何俌龜鑑聖臣元聖之稱，九錫副車之請，秦城王氣之獻，彼固欲以媚檜也，檜乃忻而受之，其何為也邪？檜而不死，則中興事業未可知也。他相或一年，或二年，或不數月，而檜乃藉權専寵。至十八年檜之罪，所謂上通於天，萬死不足贖也。
