21  | 己巳，以起居舍人、知制誥陳堯咨為工部郎中、龍圖閣直學士、知永興軍府。長安多仕族子弟恃廕縱橫，二千石鮮能治之。有李大監者，堯咨舊交，其子尤為強暴。一日，以事自至府庭，堯咨問其父兄宦遊何方，得安信否，語甚勤至，既而讓之曰：「汝不肖，亡頼如是，汝家不能與汝言，官法又不能及，汝終無恥矣！我與爾父兄善，猶骨肉，當代汝父兄訓之」。乃引于便坐，手自杖之，由是子弟亡頼者皆惕息，然其用刑過酷，有博戯者，杖訖，桎梏列於市，置死馬其旁，腐臭氣中，瘡輙死，後來繫於先死者之足，其殘忍如此。 |
| 53 | 壬申，酌獻天書于朝元殿，遂告玊清昭應宮及太廟。庚辰，御史臺上言常參官失儀條內，語笑喧譁，入正衙門執笏不端，直班行立不正赴宴，言語交錯，舉動不肅，並請坐私罪，從之。又請祠祭官致齋日，早赴齋所，遇大祀行事及陪位官，並午前集朝堂宿齋，違者坐之。詔可。辛已，以翰林學士王曽攝御史大夫為考制度使，刑部員外郎、兼侍御史知雜事叚華攝中丞副之。知制誥錢惟演等編次迎駕父老及州縣繫囚。右諫議大夫填從吉等詳定詞狀，惟不置編次貢奉。 知天雄軍府周起言：「五臺山僧鏤木飾金為冠，上設釋迦等象，誑民求錢。自今此類，請行禁止」。從之。 |
