18  | 慶復，字瑞園，佟佳氏，滿州鑲黃旗人，佟國維第六子。雍正五年，襲一等公，授散秩大臣。遷鑾儀使，兼領武備院事。七年，授正白旗漢軍副都統。八年，遷正藍旗漢軍都統。九年，列議政大臣。十一年，授工部尚書，署刑部，調戶部。十二年，授領侍衛內大臣。十三年，高宗即位，命代平郡王福彭為定邊大將軍，出北路。乾隆元年，準噶爾乞和，罷兵。慶復請沿邊設卡倫，以侍衛或護軍一專管，喀爾喀臺吉一協理；發土謝圖、賽因諾顏、扎薩克圖、車臣四部兵合三千人，歲六月集鄂爾坤出巡，九月罷歸牧：詔如所請。召還京，署吏部尚書，兼戶部，尋真除刑部。二年，授兩江總督。劾江西巡撫俞兆岳貪鄙營私，奪官，論如律。疏言蘇、常、揚、鎮、通、泰諸屬例徵麥二萬餘石，請改徵米，從之。 |
