687  | ○宣德三年奏准、凡設內外衛所倉、每倉置一門、榜曰某衛倉。三間為一廒、廒置一門、榜曰某衛某字號廒。凡收支、非納戶及關糧之人、不許入。每季差監察御史、戶部屬官、錦衣衛千百戶各一員、往來巡察。各倉門、以致仕武官各二員、率老幼軍丁十名看守、半年更代。倉外置冷鋪、以軍丁三名巡警。在外倉、都布按三司設法關防。巡按御史點視。凡軍民偷盜、官吏斗級通同者、正犯處斬。仍追所盜糧入官。全家發邊遠充軍。給家產一半賞首告者。同盜能首者、免本罪、亦給被首告者家產之半充賞。其攬納虛收、及虛出通關者、罪同偷盜 |
