20  | 癸亥，參知政事沈與求罷為資政殿學士、知明州，從所請也。中書舍人任申先繳還詞頭，論其罪，與求乞宮觀，改提舉臨安府洞霄宮，免謝辭。 詔臨安府民間僦舍錢，不以多寡，並三分中減一分，白地錢減四分之一。 是日，觀文殿大學士、新江西制置大使李綱，見於內殿，前一日，綱入國門，趙鼎奏：已有㫖內引，然來日偶是寒食正節，上曰：「朕宮中每日食後，畧治家事，即觀書冩字，此外別無他事，來日自可引對」。鼎曰：「陛下清修如此，天下幸甚」。後二日，綱以急切利害再對，因言及張浚，上諭綱曰：「浚自富平敗，始練軍事」。時綱所上疏凡十六，其論中興及金人失信襄陽形勝與和戰朋黨五事，皆利害之大者，上嘉勞乆之，丙寅，詔：「諸軍器甲漸已足備，自今置到軍器等，並於內軍器庫樁管，雖奉特㫖，亦許執奏」。 |
