19  | 東井八星，天之南門，黃道所經，天之亭候，主水衡事，法令所取平也。王者用法平，則井星明而端列，凢三十三度，去極六十九度。 鉞一星，附井之前，月宿井，有風雨。 狼一星在東井東南。狼為野，將主侵畧，色有常，不欲變動也。 弧九星在狼東南，天弓也，主備盜賊，常向於狼。 老人一星在弧南，一曰南極，常以秋分之旦見於丙，春分之夕沒於丁，見則化平，主夀昌。 南河、北河各三星，夾東井，一曰天髙，天之闕門，主關梁。 南河一曰南戍，一曰南宮，一曰陽門，一曰越門，一曰權星，主火。 北河一曰北戍，一曰北宫，一曰隂門，一曰胡門，一曰衡星，主水。兩河戍間，日月五星之常道也。 南河南二星曰闕丘，主宮門外，象魏也。 五諸侯五星，在東井北，主刺舉，戒不虞。又曰：理隂陽，察得失。一曰主帝心，一曰帝師，二曰帝友，三曰三公，四曰博士，五曰太史。此五者，常為帝定疑議。星明大潤澤，則天下大治。 五諸侯南三星曰天罇，主盛饘粥以給酒食之正也。 東一星曰積水，主候水災。積薪一星，在積水東，供給庖廚之正也。 水位四星，在東井東，主水衡。 東井西南四星曰水府，主水之官也。東井、南垣之東四星曰四瀆，江、淮、河、濟之精也。 |
