76  | 四年夏，召還，太宗面獎之，改領靜難軍節度，復遣還屯所。時夏州趙保忠與繼遷連謀，朝廷患之，又綏州牙校高文□不舉城效順，河外蕃漢大擾，以繼隆為河西行營都部署、尚食使尹繼隆為都監以討之。既而繼遷遁去，擒保忠以獻。初，裨將侯延廣、監軍秦翰議請誅保忠，及出兵追之，繼隆曰：「保忠杌上肉爾，當請於天子。今繼遷遁去，千里窮磧，艱於轉餉，宜養威持重，未易輕舉。」延廣等服其言。 |
