78  | 久之，用儀望議，特設蘇、松水利副使，以許應逵領之。乃浚吳淞八十餘晨，築塘九十餘處，開新河百二十三道，浚內河百三十九道，築上海李家洪老鴉嘴海岸十八里，發帑金二十萬。應逵以其半訖工。三十七、八年間，霪雨浸溢，水患日熾。越數年，給事中歸子顧言：「宋時，吳淞江闊九里。元末淤塞。正統間，周忱立表江心，疏而浚之。崔恭、徐貫、李充嗣、海瑞相繼浚者凡五，迄今四十餘年，廢而不講。宜使江闊水駛，塘浦支河分流四達。」疏入留中。巡按御史薛貞復請行之，下部議而未行。至天啟中，巡撫都御史周起元復請浚吳淞、白茆。崇禎初，員外郎蔡懋德、巡撫都御史李待問皆以為請。久之，巡撫都御史張國維請疏吳江長橋七十二谼及九里、石塘諸洞。御史李謨復請浚吳淞、白茆。俱下部議，未能行也。 |
