7  | 七年，授雲南巡撫。八年，威遠、思茅惈匪擾邊，永保赴普洱，偕提督烏大經進討。肇亂土弁刁永和聞風遁，威遠惈匪亦退，擒思茅惈酋扎安波賽悶，餘匪奔逸。南興土司張輔國屢與孟連土司爭界構釁，至是勘定之。永保疏陳善後事：「內地雜居夷人不法，按律懲治；土司夷境滋事，但遣兵防範，不使內竄。」詔嘉得大體，弭邊釁，賞花翎。 |
