34  | 優旃發使鹿之譏，張昭有射彪之諫。大誇宮館，外取笑於由餘；廣設繚垣，內興嗟於貢禹。楊嗣諂諛佞士，勸簿邪人，矜奔競之褊懷，昧公方之大體。奉聖君於堯舜，善跡無聞；陷人主於桓靈，蠊砩先著。鎮之以靜，則俗阜財殷；撓之以煩，則政荒人散。不應言而上言，法有正條；不應為而有為，刑茲罔赦。宜從貶論，以肅朝章。 |
