86  | 王氏曰弓矢嘗用以救日月則其精氣足以勝妖故以此射之按司弓矢職云枉矢利火射薛氏曰枉矢狀如流星飛行有光蓋取以陽勝陰之義也○明齋王氏曰周禮於六官皆有育萬物之責而治教政刑於是分掌焉故天官之獸人䱷人鼈人曰時田時䱷時簎總執其佃漁之政使不㬥天物也地官之虞衡掌山澤之政令厲禁所以長蕃鳥獸草木也春官之大司樂樂六變而致羽蠃鱗毛介象之物致中和以作動物也夏官掌政而有服不氏以服猛獸射鳥氏以敺烏鳶則鳥獸之不服者猶馴之以攻取之政而況負固放弑之國乎秋官掌刑而有𡨕氏已下十二官則凡猛鷙昆蟲與夫託於神奸而為害者竝不能逃夫刑罰之威而況於奸慝㬥亂之人乎分之則有覆載生殺之異合之則均有曲成之責非聖人其孰能與於此哉 |
