《幕僚類》
1  | 秀水朱竹垞有裔曰秋芳，性剛介，幕於滇。晨起，日必令奴襆被，一言不合，即可褰裳也。脩脯以十日為斷，不透支。居停有以處分隔閡見商者，必遭呵斥，謂：「足下官職，豈與生偕來者耶？或前人遺留，或己身遭際，皆儻來之物，奈何以民命徇之？」上官或有偏倚，必再三頂覆，得申其意，乃已。嶍峨有土豪李監生，富而橫，悅佃婦。婦性貞烈，利誘之不動，勢刼之不動，賄其夫若父，交逼之，終不動。乃遣數人縛婦，裹繃大樹，熾火，炙殺之。夫若父跪求，益怒，且劫令其夫手爇之，即瘞之山。三年無敢發其事者，獨一執爨人知之，大憤，然無以發也。旗員某廉幹有識，選是邑，履任歲餘，訪得其耗，密稟上游，均難之。某慍，欲乞病。朱曰：「何弱也！君不辦，此案終不得白矣。我通詳已定，連夜發之，等罷官耳，去乃有名。」某奮袂從之，搜得執爨人，藏之署中，以為證。案既定，纖悉皆入奏，大府奪俸鐫級，二守皆實降，前任三令皆褫職，某以蒞任二年，亦在議中，奉特旨寬免，且令引見。李監生已畏罪自縊，仍戮屍，為從二人發新疆為奴。籍其家，以半給夫家，以半給父家，氏旌表。於是朱秋芳之名大著，瑤僮至奉之為神。 |
