5  | 《闽书》云：左思三都赋：国税再熟之稻。宋马益诗：两熟潮田天下无。葢美闽稻也。《说文》谓稻为秔。秔，稌属也。稬亦名秫，《字林》云：稬稻黏而秔稻不黏。今之食米皆秔稻，酿酒则稬稻也。《闽中记》云：闽人以稬稻酿酒，其馀蹂粉，岁时以为团粽粿糕之属。福州曰秔曰秫，春种夏熟曰早稻，秋种冬熟曰晚稻。岁一熟者曰大冬，山田冬种者曰早占。霜降后熟者曰天降来、曰薰提。与早稻同熟者曰黄芒。与晚稻同熟者曰占城，曰稐，又曰土稐。岁再熟者曰金洲，曰白香秫，又曰稬。与早稻同熟者曰早秫，与晚稻同熟者曰晚秫，与大冬同熟者曰大冬秫。 |
