89  | 赤犮氏，下士一人，徒二人。赤犮犹言捇拔也，主除虫豸自埋者。○赤，如字，一音采昔反。犮，徐音跋，畔末反，刘房末反。捇，采昔反，徐呼陌反。拔，畔末反，刘房末反，或蒲八反。豸，直氏反。 |
| 90 | 疏释曰：在此者，案其职云「掌除墙屋」，注「除虫豸藏逃其中者」，《尔雅·释虫》云：「有足曰虫，无足曰豸。」亦是除恶之义，故在此。言「赤犮犹言捇拔」者，拔，除去之也。 |
