8  | 地中有水師君子以容民畜衆水不外於地兵不外於民故能養民則可以得衆矣纂註劉夀翁曰古者兵農合一居則為比閭族黨之民役則為伍兩軍旅之衆此衆即此民也故曰水不外於地兵不外於民君子觀象容之畜之於無事之時用之於有事之日故曰能養民則可以得衆矣師出以律失律凶也在師中吉承天寵也王三錫命懐萬邦也纂註程子白在師中吉者以其承天之寵任也天謂上也人臣非君竉任之則安得專征之權而有成功之吉象以二專主其事故發此義王三錫以恩命襃其成功所以懐萬邦也師或輿尸大无功也左次无咎未失常也知難而退師之常也長子帥師以中行也弟子輿尸使不當也大君有命以正功也小人勿用必亂邦也聖人之成深矣 |
