《卷下》
25  | 蠔即牡蠣也。其初生海島邊，如拳而四面漸長，有高一二丈者，巉巖如山。每一房內，蠔肉一片，隨其所生，前後大小不等。每潮來，諸蠔皆開房，見人即合之。海夷盧亭往往以斧揳取殼，燒以烈火，蠔即啟房。挑取其肉，貯以小竹筐，赴墟市以易酒原注：盧亭好酒，以蠔肉換酒也。肉大者，醃為炙；小者，炒食。肉中有滋味，食之即能壅腸胃。 |
