《序》
89  | 凡言锁院者，机密之谓也。故试士撰麻皆如此也。试士则所差官预先入院议题，有司排辧。撰麻则全番或半番快行，节次往学士宅第传宣。俟传宣快行来足，学士上马，朝服修帽，随簇入院。原注：造赦头尾则亦然。若别有直宿学士或直院，则出避之。当夜依宣撰述。如不可行者， 奏之，谓之封还词头。若可行，则撰毕进呈，关报合门宣词令舎人。原注：令同合门宣词令舎人锁宿。且当晩御史台、阁门报明日宣麻，则文武百寮赴文德殿听之。如不可行，则又有执政不押麻之例。即台谏得以执奏矣。除拜大臣则上旬，后妃中旬，馀官下旬。俗谓下旬剥麻，非也，或偶置之耳。 |
